This elegant and imposing 5-Bedroom villa is situated on a slight rise at one end of the Sapodilla Beach cove on the southern coast of Providenciales. Visible from every room of the house are magnificent beach and ocean views, and the picturesque sight of cruising yachts often found in the bay's anchorage.

The two-storey Moroccan style structure comprises
almost 8,000 square feet. Surrounding by lushly landscaped gardens,
stone pathways and outdoor patios, the interior is sumptuously furnished
with fine collectibles, rugs and artifacts -- all reflecting eclectic
influences from Europe, the Orient and Middle East.
Under an exterior dome, the main entrance leads to a grandiose sitting room with high ceilings, and opens onto the oceanfront patio giving panoramic ocean views. Aside, a hallway leads to the formal dining room and gourmet kitchen; to the other side is the master bedroom suite, with private balcony and luxurious bathroom. The grounds include a staff cottage for the resident caretaker. Restriction

bedrooms are air conditioned, and equipped with TV. (Note: A/C
is charged back to renter at $25 per day. The property also has
a one-bedroom guest cottage, with separate entrance from the front
courtyard of the house. (Ceiling fans, but no air-conditioning
