The 5 bedrooms of Villa Sounion may accommodate up to 10 Adults in luxury. There are 2 complete Master bedroom Suites, 1 Large Bedroom with a king-sized bed, and 1 Large Bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a Twin Bedroom, featuring 2 queen-sized beds. Each Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and generous wardrobe & luggage storage space. All bedrooms face the Sea, offering views of Grace Bay. Each bedroom is individually decorated to a high international specification and in harmony with the Modern Art prevalent throughout the house.
Villa Sounion is a luxury waterfront 6000 sq foot private villa with superb artwork and marble floors throughout. Its elevation gives it superb views of the reef and Grace bay. It sleeps 10 in 5 large ensuite bedrooms.Full staff can be provided. Ideal location for a luxurious private wedding.


Prices per week in US dollars:
Low season: 29th April - 16th December 2006 : $5,450
Thanksgiving: 18th - 25th November : $6,500
High season: 16th - 23rd December 2006 and 6th January - 28th April 2007 : $8,050

A 10% government bed tax has been enforced on all bookings. This will be charged in addition to the above rates.
