Blue Waters This immaculate villa stands on 115 feet of ocean front. The naturally beautiful foliage blends effortlessly with the striking lines of the Georgian Colonial design. The user-friendly kitchen is well equipped with an abundance of cupboards in rich Cherrywood, plenty of counter space, a glass counter top stove. On either side of the lounge, a king size bedroom shares the ocean view, and his/hers closets flank the entrance to a generous 4 pc bathroom. A covered deck holds a stone-topped wrought iron dining suite and, a comfortable seating arrangement . Leading from the deck, stairs descend to a terrace around a 32'x 16' kidney shaped fresh water pool. To the right, slightly raised and backed by a curtain of palms and foliage, the terrace hosts another table setting beneath the shade of a suspended umbrella, while a gas barbecue beneath the palms awaits the attentions of the chef! A third bedroom with separate entrance, identical to the two upper suites, occupies the lower level of the Villa, overlooking the terrace dining setting and vibrant blues of the ocean beyond. To the opposite side of the villa, one door opens to reveal the laundry facility , a160 sq ft locker and shop space. A second door leads to a brightly lit gym/exercise room, with suspended television and serious equipment! The piece de resistance ... above the ocean, an expanse of sand beach softens the walk to the steps leading into the water - a totally ingenious touch that urges the most resolute soul to kick off their shoes and run into the surf.
	There is a small private beach for your enjoyment. The house faces south west and affords a fantantic location for enjoying the sunset.

Rates

Low season (May 1-Dec. 14th) $4000/week

High Season $5000/week

Christmas $6000/ week.

Air Conditioning is metered separately and charged back to the guest at cost.
